Yes, I did (and probably should fo again) to check activity ( popularity and trend). it did give a good indication if an exchange was winning or loosing.......more active or less active..).
You know, I don't think I ever have. But Compete.com is really a more accurate barometer of traffic. Check it out.
I'd like to know if people here have had better results with new exchanges with fewer members, or more established exchanges with thousands of members.
Karen, that is a great question. Seems exchanges pop up every day now. Does that mean they become less effective? I quess that I am a loyal surfer, although I don't surf much latley I am focusing on SEO for traffic. My new site is doing well, and I am not prepared.
About when TE's with few members or many members can have better results I don't know.
But I think it's important what the surfers is looking for.
Example TrafficEra is a TE with very many members, and very popular, but it's not giving any good results of rotating sites there. WHY, I think it's because the surfers is hunting clocks, and don't care the sites.
In Kenneth's 3 Aces (GeneralenTrafficEmpire, TrafficMuscles and TrafficGiantic) are the surfers looking for extra advertise direct on surfed sites, it's giving better results because the surfers is looking the rotating sites, plus 3 Aces have a great Textlink set up, so we are see it.
I am a great FAN and member of variouse Traffic-exchange sites where I use to get new referrals to my Network where is very large.
But the Result is not intoxicating because too many same TOP! Deals in rotation.
It is really hard to find the right recipe to my offers to the man / woman as most see where my offer already own the same program.
